BMW 530e hybrid battery and new modules
The BMW 530e is one of our main PHEV workshop applications. In many supported configurations the pack uses 16S1P modules; the exact variant is confirmed using the VIN, model year and battery identification.

Before replacement we check whether the issue is genuinely battery-related: control-unit faults, voltage differences, capacity degradation and vehicle behaviour during charging and electric driving. This helps define the correct parts and installation scope.
Battery solution for this model
For compatible packs, new 26Ah or 34Ah modules are available. Selected 530e configurations use six modules. When moving to a higher-capacity module, the original BMS may still limit usable energy, so the main benefit can be additional reserve and service life rather than an automatic increase in displayed range.
For supported BMW configurations, the solution may use new 16S1P 26Ah or 34Ah modules. Exact variant, module count and procedure depend on the specific pack.
When to check the HV battery
The symptoms below are reasons to run diagnostics. Not every symptom proves the battery itself is faulty, so fault codes and BMS data should be checked before purchasing parts.
Logistics and installation in Poland
Warsaw stock and delivery time are confirmed with each enquiry because inventory changes. When a product is shipped from China, we prepare a logistics option suitable for high-voltage batteries. We can work with the customer’s independent workshop and provide installation information.
