BMW X5 xDrive45e hybrid battery
The BMW X5 xDrive45e G05 uses a large plug-in hybrid battery and more advanced energy management than the earlier X5 40e. Part selection is therefore based on VIN, pack identification and diagnostic data.

For battery problems we review hybrid-system messages, charging behaviour, section voltages and any power or energy restrictions. A workshop can send a report before removing the pack.
Battery solution for this model
If the configuration is covered by our range, we supply new modules and installation information. Because G05 versions can differ, the final parts list and procedure are confirmed individually for the specific vehicle.
For supported BMW configurations, the solution may use new 16S1P 26Ah or 34Ah modules. Exact variant, module count and procedure depend on the specific pack.
When to check the HV battery
The symptoms below are reasons to run diagnostics. Not every symptom proves the battery itself is faulty, so fault codes and BMS data should be checked before purchasing parts.

Warsaw stock and delivery time are confirmed with each enquiry because inventory changes. When a product is shipped from China, we prepare a logistics option suitable for high-voltage batteries. We can work with the customer’s independent workshop and provide installation information.
